Support Email Information
When you tap "Contact Support" in Settings, the app prepares an email that includes diagnostic information to help troubleshoot your issue. You can review and edit this information before sending. The email may include:
- App version and build number
- Device model (e.g., iPhone, iPad, Mac)
- Operating system version
- Error log (last 72 hours, max 50 entries) containing timestamps, error categories, technical messages, and contextual identifiers
This information is only collected when you choose to send a support email. It is never transmitted automatically. You maintain full control—review, edit, or delete any information before sending.
